Operations Controller

Job details:

The role of an operations controller is one that requires a great deal of attention to detail. They are responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of their company run smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing the flow of finance, budget, materials, services, or information through the organization’s supply chain (by kar.yakan production team).

Key of qualifications:

  • Female, 22-30 Year old, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant (create/updating SOP)
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives (by data)
  • Examine & adjust financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts then weekly report to director
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff (morning brief & daily report)

Technical skill:

  • Administrative Thinkers (you are not creative person, this role is not for creators!)
  • Proven work experience as Operations Staff or similar rolen (1-3 Years)
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive finance, sales & project controlling
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting (with MS. Excel or Google Sheet)
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of MS. Office for Corporate Statement (Offering letter, Meeting invitation)
  • Find ways to increase creators motivation
